In a nut shell, from what I understand, Bush wants us to remember him as an idiot, which we will.
Worse though, is that he plans to attack Iran before he leaves the White House.
Now You didn't have to be a fortune teller to see this coming, and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out why.
